About the Farmers
Hello and welcome! The Farm at Brave is a local business owned by the Rinkhoff family of Brave, Pennsylvania, dedicated to providing good food for our community and healthy livestock for their own farms and homesteads.
Our journey to family farming began, like many farmers, with a search for healthy and nourishing food for our own family. As we learned to garden and preserve the harvest, purchased our first dairy goats and chickens and, later, a family cow, we acquired a passion for ensuring that the quality food we now had access to was available to our local community.
We (Barry and Nataly) have ten children who are all involved in various capacities with our life and work on the farm. Some of them, young adults now, take an active role in the day to day operations while the young ones are learning by example and enjoying interacting with the animals that live here.
